Volunteer

We are a unique Citizens Advice service covering legal services in the Royal Courts of Justice and Central London Family Court and deliver Citizens Advice Islington. We are able to provide a wide range of volunteer experience.

Citizens Advice information and advice roles 

Our Citizens Advice Islington service deliver advice over the phone and in person and have a range of information and advice roles.

UC Volunteers

We have a digital hub where we help people with Universal Credit claims – completing online forms and filling in details as well as asking for a new password. You don’t need any advice experience but be good with people

Adviceline volunteers 

You will be trained to use the Citizens Advice information sources to help identify what options people calling have and identify if they need to see or speak to an adviser. This role starts with information and you can move to advice once you are ready.

Customer Care

Assisting in our reception in our main site at 222 Upper Street.

Working with our advice teams to collect and enter data
